Nationwide property care
Your next chapter starts here
Tell us about the home that matters to you
You may have one task to arrange or a longer-term property-care plan in mind. Start with the part you want to make easier. Tell us a little about the property and the support you are looking for.

A simple first step
A useful first message
Share the general location, the type of home and your main priorities. For example: ‘We have an apartment that is empty between family visits. We would like to discuss property checks and access for an occasional approved appointment.’
There is no need to send a detailed itinerary, a full address or sensitive access information at this stage. Keep keys, alarm details and entry codes out of the message.
Write to KeyCare Property
Email info@keycareproperty.com with a short introduction to the property and the help you would like to discuss. Include an address where you are happy to receive a reply.
Still exploring the right arrangement?
Take a look at the services and practical questions first, or begin with the one concern you want to make easier. You do not need a finished property-care plan to start the conversation.
The practical detail
Prepare a useful first conversation
Keep the scope, the information you receive and the decisions that remain yours clear from the outset.
Introduce the property
“I would like to discuss property care for an apartment in the wider Athens area.” Use your own broad area and property type. KeyCare covers Greece nationwide; use this illustrative example to describe your own location and request.
Describe the question
“I am interested in visual property checks and a clear record of anything that needs a decision.” Explain the support you want to explore in your own words. Avoid absence dates, access codes, identity documents or financial information.
Ask for the next step
“Could you let me know whether this is something we can discuss, and what information would help define the scope?” Send your enquiry to info@keycareproperty.com. Scope, availability and costs still need to be agreed.
Choose the purpose of your enquiry
Start with the practical question you want to resolve. You might be exploring visual checks, a clearer reporting arrangement, access coordination or follow-up after an observation. Describe the outcome you would find useful, such as understanding which areas were checked or knowing which items still require a decision. There is no need to select a package or prepare a detailed technical brief before the first conversation. Availability and the appropriate scope still need to be confirmed for the property.
Give context without sensitive detail
A broad location and property type provide a useful starting point. If there is a practical constraint, describe its nature rather than sending the information that would enable access. For example, you can mention a shared entrance or that another person manages access without providing a code or identifying that person. Do not attach identity documents, financial records, key photographs, private reports or a precise absence schedule. A general enquiry should contain only what is needed to understand the request.
What needs agreement after the first message
If the enquiry is suitable for further discussion, the next conversation can define the areas involved, the intended frequency, the reporting needs and the person who may make decisions. Any proposed access arrangement, work by another provider or additional cost needs its own clear understanding. An email enquiry does not reserve a visit or confirm a service. Wait for the relevant arrangements to be agreed before relying on a date, assuming a particular task is included or sharing material that belongs in a private channel.
Send when you are ready
The email links on this page open your own email application. You remain in control of the wording, attachments and decision to send. Read the message once before sending and remove information that is unnecessary at this stage. If your email application does not open, you can use your usual email service and enter info@keycareproperty.com as the recipient. The questions page also explains the difference between an enquiry, a confirmed arrangement and permission for additional work.

Useful answers
A few questions, answered.
What should I include in my enquiry?
Start with the general location in Greece, property type, periods away and support you need. Do not send access codes, keys or sensitive documents in an initial message.
Does an enquiry confirm a booking?
No. The visit scope, timing, quotation and access arrangements need to be agreed before work starts.
Can I enquire from abroad?
Yes. KeyCare is designed for owners managing a Greek home from a distance. Mention your time zone and how you prefer to arrange the initial conversation.
